  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts
  • Provide technical support to business customers and offer troubleshooting solutions
  • Consult daily on customer queries
  • Provide accurate knowledge of products and services
  • Work in synergy with co-workers
  • Be comfortable with providing support over the phone
  • Strive to provide the best quality service while managing timekeeping
  • Be passionate about improving efficiency in online channels

 

Key Requirements

  • Level 8 Bachelors Degree
  • Computer savvy with strong technical skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Eager to start a career in Banking
  • Enjoys working in a Team
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills are essential
