Role Description

 As a Collection Specialist, you will be supporting Dutch customers to resolve their issues.

 

The company operates an alternative payment on the Internet. It has international and dynamic culture. It will be a great opportunity to progress your career in a customer service.

You will be responsible for

  • Responding to customers' queries a timely manner
  • Improving customers' experiences with the company, providing  the customers with benefits and recommendations of employer's products
  • Working with a relevant internal team
  • Keeping feedback about general customer satisfaction, tools and processes

You will be

  • Fluent Dutch
  • Competent with Internet and MS software (e.g. Outlook, Word. Excel) 
  • happy to meet people
  • Good at multi-tasking
