Dutch Customer Service Agent
As a Collection Specialist, you will be supporting Dutch customers to resolve their issues.

You will be responsible for
- Responding to customers' queries a timely manner
- Improving customers' experiences with the company, providing the customers with benefits and recommendations of employer's products
- Working with a relevant internal team
- Keeping feedback about general customer satisfaction, tools and processes
You will be
- Fluent Dutch
- Competent with Internet and MS software (e.g. Outlook, Word. Excel)
- happy to meet people
- Good at multi-tasking
