Legal Administrator

Role Description

Excellent opportunity to work within a large, well known financial institution in the Enforcement Division. 6 month contract, a fantastic stepping stone for someone looking to develop a career in banking or legal environments

Duties include:

  • File and data management 
  • Processing large volumes of hard copy materials including scanning, copying and printing of documentation
  • Electronic filing and document management (including emails, correspondence etc.)
  • Preparation, formatting and collation of briefs to Counsel/external parties and confidential reports
  • Typing, formatting and preparing correspondence for external parties
  • Management support including diary and meeting management and engaging with internal and external parties


Skills & Requirements

You will possess the following essential skills and experience:

  • Excellent diary/calendar management;
  • Excellent and effective MS Office skills;
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast moving environment, prioritising competing tasks and requests;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience of working with senior management
  • Advanced and effective IT skills particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint and Visio would be an advantage.


Experience Required:

  • 3rd level Qualification preferably in a legal or finance type disciplineis an advantage
  • PA/Legal Admin experience (2-5yrs)
  • Excellent and effective MS Office skills;
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast moving environment;
