Mortgage Customer Service

Dublin City Centre

 

Immediate start! This role will see you work for a leading bank in the IFSC within a Mortgage Project team. If you have previous customer service experience over the phone or contact centre experience, this could be the start for a new career within the Banking space

 

The ideal candidate

 

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mortgage knowledge is a bonus
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Experience with working with MS Offices packages
  • Fantastic team player and committed to reaching team goals
  • Can be discrete in handling sensitive data
  • Strong focus on customers and providing the best possible customer service
  • BE AWESOME :)

 

Role requirements

 

  • Provide customer service and quality service to customers
  • Working to targets of, mortgage drawdowns, call volumes and documents actioned
  • Spot opportunity for cross referrals and leads
  • Liaise with 3rd parties and colleagues across the group
  • Contact customers over the phone in relation mortgage applications
  • Be eager to work towards your own, and team targets
  • Actively engage with the Mortgage Sales process
  • Supporting the Team Leader/Manager with ad hoc requests
