Operations Analyst

Role Description

My client is currently recruiting for a financial services candidate keen to join an exciting project. 

What you need: 

  • Up to 2 years experience within financial services 
  • Demonstrable track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effective communicator – expressing information & ideas to others in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.

My client is looking for flexible team players that will be up to the challenge of learning new information, systems and tasks within a set period of time.  A detailed training plan will be in place for new staff members and staff are expected to have a willingness to learn and bring a proactive approach to what they are being taught.  Flexibility is a prerequisite for the role as it is a requirement that you will become proficient in multiple functional areas within the Operations department.
