Our client, a well-known leading organisation in Cork is recruiting Customer Service Administrators to join their team on one of their sites in Cork.   • Answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Logging queries in the internal system
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Working with a team and supporting others to ensure team targets are met
  • Processing data in a timely and efficient manner



  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Motivated with a positive attitude
