Our client, a highly successful US multinational company in Co Clare are now expanding their European Support Centre & would love to talk to you about their challenging & exciting new job! 

The Job
As the Customer Services Rep within the European services team, you will support customers across all European territories but primarily focus on the French speaking markets.. 

You main duties will be managing the customer interactions, handling payment queries on a range of issues, supporting 1st level technical issues & all associated administrative & project duties as they arise. 

Your Skills/Experience that we need
• 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage. 
• 1-2+ years in a customer or technical support role. 
• Native French speaker & fully fluent English is essential. 
• Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent service. 

The Offer
You will be offered a starting salary of €24k base salary & a permanent contract with fantastic benefits including full private health care, pension & excellent career progression opportunities.
