French Customer Service - relocation provided

Role Description

My client is looking for French speakers to join their Customer Service team onsite a multinational online financial company in Ireland.

The job: 

  • Answer to phone calls and emails from French speaking customers
  • Provide high level customer service
  • Work in a multicultural ennvironment

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills – Written & Spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Starting date: 5th of February
