German client support for top IT company

Role Description

Calling all German speakers. Are you great at solving problems and dealing with clients? A top outsourcing company is looking for client support agents for one of their clients, which is one of the most well known IT companies in the world. It is a 1 year contract with possibilities of extension.  Start date ASAP! 

The job:

  •  Prove support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) based in EMEA through different channels - chat, email and phone
  • Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
  • Help SMB customers drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support, demonstrating the value of the clients SMB advertising solutions
  • Provide vital product insights and feedback on client products
  • Takes ownership of small projects and deliver expected results on time
  • Key point of contact for management of escalations and resolution of high complex queries 

About you:

  •  Familiarity with online advertising products and social media, specifically AdWords
  • Fluency in English AND native level German
  • Great problem solver and customer service skills

The position:

  • 1 year contract with Cpl (strong possibilities for extension)
  • €26,000 annual salary rate

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7 am to 1 am (7 am to 4 pm OR 4 pm to 1 am)
