Bilingual Italian and Spanish Customer Service

Role Description

My client is looking for one more bilingual Italian + Spanish Customer Service agent to join their team in Dublin.

The job: Provide Customer Service to customers of a major EU bank, provision of information, resolution of queries, and communication with customers. The job requires answering to phone calls and emails in Italian and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a polite and efficient manner
  • Provide support, advice and product information to bank customers
  • Review and process all applicable documentation and resolve customer claims

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Italian, Spanish and English
  • Experience in a phone based customer service 
  • Good communication skills

*Candidates need to be in Ireland as the company DOES NOT carry phone or skype interviews.
