Lead Generation Rep

We are currently working with one of the leading companies in the telephone and IT-industry, looking for the next sales superstars as they are expanding their sales team massively.

You will be that kind of person who really loves sales; gives energy, passion and has the motivation to hit and exceed on your targets. You are simply that person who can see yourself doing really well in a company, and grow and progress with the company on a local or global scale. Your goal should be to progress with a company and grow into a sales role within the same company.


What will you do?


These are inside lead generation roles – no field sales will be involved. You will be responsible for generating sales accepted leads across the company’s Global Enterprise customer base.  


  • Use excellent telephone and communication skills to find good quality leads
  • Identify buying centres at a national or global level as well as the decision makers
  • Use CRM systems to track and store knowledge
  • Participate in meetings, networking and with the account managers to determine strategic sales approach and come up with new ideas
  • Write reports on all business development activities and initiate the beginning stages of the sales cycle   
  • Speak with high level executives about a full range of solutions that the company offers

What do you need?

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a B2B sales role
  • Preferred experience within an IT or telecom industry
  • Experience of making B2B cold calls
  • Business level in English and German
  • Sales attitude – passion and energy is key!
